Regulation on Cooperation with Law Enforcement Agencies / Authorities / Bodies

Preamble

This Regulation (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation") is an integral part of the User Agreement by sspanel.top (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") and is intended to regulate the process of interaction between sspanel.top and competent authorities in the context of assisting the latter in uncovering the illegal acts of any individuals or entities. If mentioned separately, each of the designated persons / entities may be referred to in the text of the Regulation as a "Party", and if mentioned together, the designated entities may be referred to as "Parties".

1. General Provisions

1.1. sspanel.top may only provide the necessary information to authorized and competent agencies / authorities / bodies after receiving a relevant official request from them, in accordance with the procedures outlined in this Regulation.

1.2. A competent authorized agency / authority / body is an entity that has been legally granted with authority, responsibilities, and capabilities to conduct investigations over unlawful activities by the state, municipality, or other relevant authorities.

2. Request Procedure at sspanel.top

2.1. A request for information should be sent from the official email address of the relevant agency / authority / body by an employee (representative) with the necessary authorization to make such requests.

2.2. sspanel.top reserves the right to disregard any request that does not comply with applicable laws (regulations) or that is submitted in violation of clause 2.1 of this Regulation.

2.3. The request mentioned in clause 2.1 of this Regulation must be sent to the following email address: legal@sspanel.top.

2.4. sspanel.top will respond to the request mentioned in clauses 2.1 and 2.2 within 10 business days after receiving it. If it is necessary, the requestor will be notified by email that the response will take longer than 10 days.

3. Content of a Request

3.1. The request referred to in art. 2 of this Regulation must necessarily contain the following information:

  • 3.1.1. Information about the competent agency / authority / body sending the relevant request (official name, address, contact details).
  • 3.1.2. Data of the employee (representative) of the competent agency / authority / body mentioned in clause 3.1.1 of this Regulation that is responsible for the relevant request:
    • 3.1.2.1. first name, last name, middle name (if applicable);
    • 3.1.2.2. rank (if applicable);
    • 3.1.2.3. position;
    • 3.1.2.4. contact details.
  • 3.1.3. A clear description of the specific information requested by the competent agency / authority / body.

3.2. sspanel.top strives to process each request as efficiently as possible and to provide each authorized requestor with the most relevant information in response. To do so, it is necessary for the requestor to include all relevant data that is known regarding the nature of the relevant request. This information includes (but is not limited to) the following:

  • 3.2.1. The data of the individual / entity being a subject / object of an investigation that the relevant request has been submitted under;
  • 3.2.2. The address of the wallet that was used during the transaction that the relevant agency / authority / body is interested in, as well as the hash of the transaction (if applicable);
  • 3.2.3. other data / information available to the competent agency / authority / body.

4. Reservation

4.1. sspanel.top makes every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but we cannot guarantee the absolute accuracy or completeness of the information we provide. The information may contain errors or other inaccuracies for various reasons, such as human error, hardware or software issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

4.2. Any information provided by sspanel.top in response to a request from a competent agency / authority / body is considered confidential and cannot be disclosed and should only be used for the purpose of the relevant request.
